How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to hestra.co@gmail.com with the subject line Zeusian account deletion request.
  2. Include the email address used for your Zeusian account login.
  3. If identity verification is needed, follow the reply instructions from Hestra to confirm account ownership.
  4. After verification, the account deletion request will be processed and the associated account data will be deleted or de-identified, except for data that must be retained under applicable law or for fraud, abuse, billing, dispute, or security handling.

If you have an active paid subscription, include that information in your request so the billing status can be reviewed together with the account deletion request.

Data deleted when your account is deleted

  • Account profile data used for Zeusian sign-in and account management.
  • Uploaded documents and related stored files managed for the Zeusian study service.
  • Study outputs associated with the account, such as summaries, quizzes, OX sets, flashcards, mock exams, feedback history, and other stored learning artifacts, unless retention is required for legal or abuse-prevention reasons.
  • Other service data that is no longer required once the account deletion process is complete.

Data that may be retained after account deletion

Some data may be retained for a limited period where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for dispute handling, payment records, abuse prevention, or security operations.

  • Payment and subscription transaction records: up to 5 years where required by applicable e-commerce and tax obligations.
  • Consumer complaint or dispute handling records: up to 3 years.
  • Access logs and security-related logs: up to 3 months.
  • Advertising and display records where legally required: up to 6 months.

Delete specific data without deleting the full account

Yes. Users can request deletion of specific data without deleting the full account.

  • Users can remove certain uploaded study files and related materials directly inside the app where that feature is available.
  • Users can also request deletion of specific stored data by email at hestra.co@gmail.com without requesting full account deletion.
  • When making a partial deletion request, include the account email and clearly identify which documents or data categories should be deleted.
